Behaviour consultations

Initial behaviour consultation & triage call £650

Initial consultation:

  • Review of your pet’s behavioural and medical history

  • A home visit lasting around 2-3 hours

    • With a veterinary examination of your pet if indicated and safe to do so

    • Video consultations can be offered to pets who struggle with visitors, with a shorter in-person assessment later on the same day

  • Discussion of the behavioural assessment

  • Behavioural advice including immediate management and behaviour modification plan

  • A written report for you and your vet with full details of the assessment (including medical factors) and behaviour modification plan

  • Discussion with you and your vet about behavioural medication if indicated

Three months of ongoing support:

  • Follow-up advice and support provided by phone, email, WhatsApp or video call

  • Ongoing discussion with your vet as required

Triage call (optional):

  • 30 minute call to discuss behavioural first aid

  • Email summary with actionable initial steps and (if relevant) medical recommendations to discuss with your vet

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to book a triage call

Follow-up consultations £195

The need for in-person follow-up consultations is case dependent and will be discussed during the initial consultation or during follow-up.

Additional ongoing support £195

A further three months of ongoing phone and email support after the initial period or any additional periods of support have ended.

If it has been more than 6 months since I have had your pet under my care I will require a repeat referral from your vet and you will need to book an initial consultation so that we can do a full in-person review and new behaviour modification plan.
